This site documents how apps/pool, apps/ops, and apps/api collaborate end-to-end and renders an always-fresh Permissions Matrix derived directly from the NestJS controller decorators in apps/api. The matrix is regenerated on every build, so the deployed docs cannot drift from the live API.
